Fred Meyer - Bad service
I was at your bonneylake fredmeyer, I drive ten miles to shop there. Today my checker Sheri did not greet me did not load my grocery’s, I spent over $100 today,I get home with my toddler to discover I did not get all my groceries, so I traveled once again with my toddlers back to store, the checker Sheri said oh you forgot some of your grocery’s, if she had done her job giving customer service this would if not happened, all I got was a sorry.
I don’t think I will travel ten miles anymore, there is a Safeway just a few blocks from my home.
She needs retrained. If you want to make it right call me 253-686-****

I bet the cashier did say hello but you were too busy with your toddlers to hear or answer her. We are timed on ALL transactions & HAVE to work very fast, or we get a good talking to in the office.
I HIGHLY doubt that having toddlers (your choice) disables you from loading your own groceries onto the belt. We don't get paid enough to waste our "IPM's" on people who are too distracted to pay attention.
