Over charged and never refunded

I ordered groceries for curbside service. I was charged for an item I didn't receive. I contacted the store that day to report the problem and was told there was no manager there, so I couldn't be helped, and the manager would call the following day. I also contacted corporate offices who said they would put in a refund request. No manager ever called from the store. I called the store again two days later and was told that they would issue a refund. No refund from the store or corporate has ever been issued to my credit card (10 days now)

Store manager Roni store 365 renton ctr wy

The store manager roni i ask her and gave her a mask to wear for protection in public she said no thankx i don't care about that covid now after fred meyer require mask to the public roni start wearing yesterday august 4th 2020 i came to the store there's an associate name sheri seating the box of mask behind her i ask for 1 fresh mask she said we only give this away to people who had no mask we sell them u can buy it in a very offensive tone while she's seating most fred meyers i go to they greet the people and handing out mask to protect the public so i talked to Roni the store manager she said the same thing we have full stock of mask u can purchase there is none and roni said we don't give those away and that's how i tell to all my associate that manager is angry with the company or not happy with her job the worst store ever no wonder the losses of that store is too high kroger have to hire police enforcement cost more for the company while the people they hire are stealing and not protecting the public during this covid the other associate sharon and garry are being told from Roni to do the same so the customer service is so bad i wish and i called kroger office regarding this i was hoping that the company will do a follow up on this very bad for the company and the public the worst customer service bec of the management i hope kroger will do an investigation fredmeyer sells food and clothing and i look Chinese so it's a strong descrimination i feel it i am not chinese and there's no reason for them to do that my whole family shops at fred meyers since 1986 when that manager Roni got hired the losses the customers are being discriminate

Thank you, it was only a few days before the ad was taken off the air replaced by a more consumer-friendly version with the same kind of characters with an emphasis that the store is the place to go with family and an easy, relaxed atmosphere. I appreciate your attention and rapid resolution and your follow-up with me. I began shopping there again. By the way, I was never a "pissedconsumer", just a really annoyed advertisment viewer. Disappointed. ..grrr

Customer service told me no hydrogen peroxide in store. I found it. A bagger went to get bread for defective loaf... I paid but she never returned by the time I slowly hobbled to disabled parking and loaded my vehicle.

Not following regulations

I am fed up with Fred Meyer stores! What does it take for you people to follow the regulation for mask wearing for your employees? There has not been a time in the last month I have been in your Florence Oregon store that I havent had to complain to customer service or speak to an employee myself about their lack of a mask. Today the man behind the fish counter didnt even have one around his neck. So, I give up and will do as much shopping as I can at Safeway or in Eugene at Costco and Trader Joes.

Horrible-life affecting-Pharmacy Practices

I've had multiple issues with the Interstate Pharmacy on several occasions. Many times, after I've been to my doctors office and they've sent over my prescription electroncially, this location fails! On multiple occasions they have not had the medicine in stock yet fail to notify me until I show up that evening to pick up my prescription, and by then it's been too late to get a hold of my provider to change pharmacy's. This has happened to me twice on a Friday and forced me to be physically Ill all weekend until my doctor reopened Monday. The medication I'm prescribed literally causes my body to experience physically painful, flu like and feverish withdrawal symptoms of not taken like prescribed. Interstate pharmacy has let me down like this too many times to count now. The next issue I had was the same situation: my doctor sent over an electronic prescription and when i called to verify it was in stock, a pharmacy tech told me they had none and had no idea as to when it would be in stock. She told me that all the local fred meyer pharmacy's were out of the medication until further notice, indefinitely. I was astounded and upset and hung up. I frantically called other pharmacy chains who did have the medication in stock but by this time my doctor had left for the day so I would be forced to wait until the next morning. Instead of waiting and taking the pharmacy technician at her word, i called another fred meyer pharmacy about 2 miles from the interstate location to ask if they had it in stock and to my shock and disgust; they were fully stocked and could have it ready within the hour. I was livid!!!! Fast forward to today june 25 2020, same exact situation happened again. A tech from the Interstate location told me that NO LOCAL FRED MEYER PHARMACY'S HAD IT IN STOCK. I in turn called the Peninsula location and they had it in full stock. They're filling it now. I'm absolutely disgusted and angry that this company repeatedly puts me at risk of being I'll without a necessary medication my body needs. Its unacceptable that this is happening and I'm reporting them to every agency j can do that this will stop happening to people like me. I'm sure its happened to many others!!!! Awful. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

Missing merchandise

I am tired of going to Fred Meyer and getting home only to find they did not place all of the items I purchased in my bags. This is happened at least five times in the past 12 months. I live 16 miles away from them and dont have a car so its very frustrating to have to get a ride out there again to pick up the items they did not place in my bag! Angry

My understanding is that Kroger does not allow their employees to bag customers personal grocery bags due to the corona virus. So how was the employee able to bag your personal grocery bags?

The only time I can bag mine is at self check out but they bag at cashier lines. I spent over $130 so had to use cashier.

Pissed off

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund into my account due to overcharging (as usual) on a pickup order. I have got the runaround so far. OMG this is NOT fred meyer any longer it is Kroger and I hate them. I am convinced Kroger makes their money by overcharging and hoping people won't catch it. This is no small amount either. It is just under $30. The store couldn't care less obviously. I have pretty much stopped shopping at FM but due to Covid 19 I kind of am stuck. (Doctor's order not to go inside)

The stores have changed there clothing line to this little house on the prairie Dip clothing, it is so Blaha and just plain awful, I so miss the great styles and brands they used to carry. I think Fred Meyers has lost their minds
