Unhappy customer

I purchased from Fred Meyer here in Oregon City, OR a package of sealed original Chips of Ahoy real chocolate chip cookies 13.oz., upon opening the package half of the cookies were broken and reaching to take some out just crumpled. I would like Nabisco to know that this is the second time I have encountered this. I will not be buying these cookies in the future.

Wrong chain

I ordered a 14 k chain for my son it went to the longview wa store and when I went to pick it up it was marked 10k and I refused to take it, they said they would contact someone and get back to me when it was ready to be picked up and that was three months ago with no response still. People if you buy a gold chain please check it carefully for the right one.

I understand that you want more staff during peak periods. The Only way this can happen is if there are enough employees to staff during peak periods.

And if there are not enough employees to staff during peak periods, then more employees need to be hired: But that is dependent on people Wanting and Applying to work there. That is also dependent on their Corporate Headquarters authorizing that.

Fred Meyer Abbot Entry Id 701-333-**-**6-542-3*-542-*4198**** 10/09/20 8:49 PM 656542****86473 Came to customer service to request help checking out the two extremely full, heavy and fragile carts I was pushing around by myself looking to spend around $300. Gavin, the assistant manager was reluctant to help me with three other associates standing there talking with him. No one was in line at customer service and there was only 1 of at least 10 checkout stands open with a long line. Each of my carts were loaded with glass boxed heavy items stacked 2 feet above the cart so you could imaging my concern about Breakable things falling off in a crouded line with At least 200 pounds in each cart. I had to insist after arguing with Gavin about my request until he reluctantly agreed to do it after several attempts to telling me reasons why any other them couldnt help me at customer service when there was no line. Wow! Its literally the name of the desk and no one was in line during business hours. Yowza. Unfortunately, it didnt get better from there. Gavin literary glared at me with his associate standing there scanning the two dozen or so large boxes stacked up precariously. So Very disturbing and rude to be subjected to that attitude. The associate helping scanning the heavy glass items was actually pretty nice but the lack of respect and decency I was shown by this assistant store manager Gavin was concerning. So concerning Im compelled to report it. During these times everyone is under a lot of stress but those few in positions of power set the example that sways others under stress to follow. I dont care if he hates me for asking for help tonight from one of 4 associates standing around not assisting the line building up on one open lane but as a business owner myself I would be concerned about his ability to lead and set the right example to potentially dozen or more impressionable employees. - Guy with all the jars. I just got back from a shopping trip to Fred Meyer store

I like the store and I shop there more than anywhere else. I like the programs and generally like the brands and qualities......But, they just do not stock their shelves. They even were out of 80% of their own brand of bread including completely out of the kinds of bread that I like. There were a couple other items that I was unable to buy like canned green beans and Turkey Hill raspberry tea. Every time I shop there many shelves are empty of merchandise... more than any other grocery store. I am forced to continue my shopping at other grocery stores more and more because of their lack of stock. I have been hearing about grocery store policies of ordering only enough for shelf stock...no extra. Someone has convinced them that they make more profit that way. I dont believe that forcing your customers to buy somewhere else is a proven profit policy. So now I stop at other stores... and I have found some products that I prefer and buy regularly. It makes me unhappy and a little angry that I must spend more time and effort grocery shopping for this reason.

Sale items

I bought a sale item that was 2 for 1 priced and did not get the the sale price because of no card. No where on the sale signs did it say I had to have the card. My last day of ever shopping there.

I was threatened by a cashier

Yesterday, at the Sunset Fred Meyer at Hillsboro, Oregon, I received a threat from a cashier at checkpoint. She asked if I wanted to donate for something, when I replied no thanks, she looked right into my eyes and said "you burn".

I quit shopping there

Sales prices used to be sale prices. Now you have to have a "Rewards Card" to buy anything "on sale." These cards track you, not just for gasoline. They use it to harass people who do not fit neat pigeonholes. A code comes up at checkout, both electronic and human to create trouble, therefor YOU are Problematic, perhaps you need help. As the pharmacy would love to fill unneeded psychiatric prescriptions.

Couldn't return a gift that I needed to return had recite and everything and because they don't know how to do there job im gonna lose my truck insurance at midnight

Horrible Customer Service - Sells Phone Numbers

We went to Wasilla Fred Meyer Jewelers to have a small repair. Although there were four employees there, we were forced to wait and wait. We were also extremely angered when none of these employees waited on an elderly couple. After the repair, this snarky employee asked for phone number. When we questioned "why", she just said for their records. We should never have given the number. About a week later, scam and credit card come on calls started although we have an unpublished number and are on the no-call list. This store is just low end trash. Go to Anchorage to a reputable jeweler.

Poor service

Received extremely poor customer service when we went in with a small repair. Employee also stated she had to have full name and phone number "for their records". About a week after this, we started receiving all sorts of scam phone calls. Employees of this so-called jewelry store truly have a superior attitude about themselves. Three female and one male kept an older lady waiting and waiting until we told them how rude they were. We now understand why so many of these "jewelry stores" are being closed.
